International Baccalaureate

Who are we?

The IB Diploma Programme, created in 1968, is a pre-university course designed for students aged 16 to 19. At our institution, students can start the program from 10th grade and complete it in 11th grade. The main goal of this program is to develop young people with an international mindset, qualities, and values that help them grow as global citizens. These tools also open doors to opportunities during and after their learning journey, including access to the best universities in the world.

Requirements to Apply for the IB

  • Be a regular 9th-grade student at LHHCEBJFF.
  • Have the desire to be part of the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme (DP).
  • Submit the required documentation within the specified timeframe.
  • Be willing to develop skills such as inquiry, reflection, assertive communication, and openness to learning new ideas. Additionally, possess qualities like solidarity, boldness, and integrity.
  • Use Spanish as a native language and have an intermediate-high level of English proficiency.
  • Keep up to date with the institution’s payment schedule.
  • Attend the scheduled IB DP meetings and events organized by LHHCEBJFF.
  • Complete the pre-registration form.
  • The grades from the first and second academic periods of 9th grade are considered. The institution will issue this document.
  • The disciplinary record is also taken into account. The institution will issue this document.
